■International Shipping
All products are shipped from Nishinomiya-city, Hyogo Pref,Japan.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
※We regret that we are unable to ship depending on destination countries and regions. In this case, we will cancel the order.

■Shipping Charges
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and Insurance premium.
Shipping rates vary based on weight and destination of the order.
※Please note that the total amount of products for one international shipment should be under JPY 200,000. If the order exceeds JPY 200,000, the order will be delivered divided into more than 2 shipments.

■Payment Method
Credit card or PayPal.
※In some cases, we may be not able to accept a credit card payment.

■Customs/ Import Duties/ Customs Fee
International orders may be subject to customs, import duties and customs fees which are levied by the destination country. In this case, customs, import duties and customs fees must be borne by the consignee.
For further information, please contact your local customs.

■Insurance (Damage Compensation)
Damage Compensation Program
EMS administers damage compensation program for actual loss and damage.
EMS automatically includes insurance up to JPY 20,000, and if package is worth more than JPY 20,000, premium of JPY 50 will be added per JPY 20,000. A maximum of JPY 2 million is paid for actual loss.
However in case of damage, package may not be fully compensated. And only the consignee has the right to claim damages. If any damage occurs, only the consignee is able to take the procedure for damage compensation.

■Returns and Cancels
Any returns for personal reasons are not acceptable.
In case package is returned to Japan due to absence of the consignee, overdue tax and customs clearance fee, or any problems at the customs. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges of the returned package.
Please note that we cannot do anything with overseas customs in case your parcel(s) is(are) held at the custom.
